Transform yourself with 45 minutes of a mindfulness session. We will work on Insight / Awareness / Purpose / Gratitude and Connection. Mindfulness means to be here and now. Present and with awareness of what surrounds us. You will learn the theory and then put it into practice so that you can master your mind, your thoughts and become more open, curious and productive. We will work together to help you get a quiet mind, practicing different asanas from yoga, pranayamas,meditations, body scans, tools and skills that will help you in your everyday life. Each and every session is tailored made for you. Remember you can have your session in English or Spanish :)
